OCEANA – Key Biscayne

On February 14, 2012, Eduardo Costantini and Key Biscayne Mayor Frank Caplan, performed the groundbreaking ceremony and laid the foundation stone for the start of construction of Oceana, the first development of Consultatio in the U.S. and Miami’s most exclusive project.

The project is located where the emblematic Sonesta Hotel was located, one of the first hotels to be located in this area, an icon of Key Biscayne.

Since then the work proceeds very rapidly and as expected.
