OCEANA – Key Biscayne

Construction Progress:

As the summer months approach, the structure of the building continues to grow at a rapid pace.  Fifty percent of the 9^th Floor has been formed and is ready for concrete placement.  Glass and Glazing arrived on the job site mid-March as originally scheduled, and is currently being installed on the 4^th Floor.  The 2^nd Floor Interiors is well under way with MEP Rough and Drywall Framing nearly complete.  In addition to the Tower, Villas 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 are currently under construction.
